1932 Ten Dollar Gold Indian

This high-relief Indian Head $10 gold coin features an image of liberty wearing an Indian headdress and has 48 raised stars on the edge to represent the 48 states. Considered to be one of the most beautiful and artisit coins was sculptored by Augustus Saint Gaudens in 1907. Few of the $10 Indian Head coins were minted and most melted down in 1933 by the U.S. Goverment.
